1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry or engaging my freelance services, you agree to these terms and any project-specific agreement, quotation or proposal.
2. Project Scope
The project scope, features, deliverables, timeline and price will be described in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, logos, images, account access and feedback required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may affect the delivery timeline.
4. Payments
Projects may require an advance payment before work begins. Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed milestones. Advance payments may be non-refundable once development work has started.
5. Revisions
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be defined in the proposal. Major design changes, additional pages or new features may be treated as additional work.
6. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are based on the agreed scope and timely client feedback. Delivery dates may be adjusted when requirements change, feedback is delayed or circumstances outside reasonable control occur.
7. Ownership and Source Code
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership of the custom project deliverables described in the agreement. Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, images and software remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I may display completed work, screenshots, project descriptions and the client's public branding in my portfolio and promotional materials.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, payment gateways or software. Their pricing, availability, policies and service interruptions are controlled by the respective providers.
10. Maintenance and Support
Post-launch support is limited to the period specified in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, additional features and technical support may require a separate maintenance plan.
11. Cancellation
Either party may request project cancellation. Payment for completed work and committed resources will remain due. Any refund will depend on the amount of work completed and the applicable agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, third-party service failures or damages resulting from misuse of the delivered project.
13. Confidentiality
Confidential project information will not be intentionally disclosed to unrelated parties, except when required for service delivery, professional advice or legal compliance.
14. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any project-specific dispute resolution terms may be included in the written agreement.
